November is the month of the Loy Krathong Festival in Thailand. These festivities take place in various locations throughout the country. In each province, the festival is celebrated according to local traditions. The government has invited the public to participate in Loy Krathong events to preserve the cultural heritage and here are some highlights of the celebrations.
