Il firenze Is a new restaurant, and offers a simple, seasonally focused, Italian inspired menu that changes daily. Fresh hand-made pasta and our charcoal grill are the counterpoints of the menu, the pasta rolled minutes before service, and the fish and meat cooked over burning coals

a nose-to-tail italian-inspired restaurant. we focus on whole-animal butchery, hand-rolled pastas, wood-fired breads, and our own in-house salumeria.
Wines
The bottles we stock represent the best that Italy has to offer, with many options taken directly from our restaurant’s outstanding list.
Our wines are hand-selected from a number of small artisan producers, and created using Biodynamic techniques which are rarely seen in this country.
